How do I play?
Each line of the letter is written in a code where every letter stands for another. Tap a box and type the letter you think it stands for; every box with the same code letter fills in too. A few letters are given to start you off. When the line is full it is checked for you, and a wrong letter is marked. If you are stuck, Reveal fills in one letter. A short practice line and an animated How to play, always on the Home screen, show you the rest. A new line arrives each day.
How do I change my privacy choices?
There is nothing to change: the game collects no data, has no ads network, no analytics and no tracking, and never connects to the internet. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I report an ad?
Not applicable: this version shows no real ads. Where an ad would go, it shows a short placeholder that plays no ad and tracks nothing.
Will I lose my progress?
Your progress is saved on your device as you play, with a backup copy kept alongside it. It is not stored online and cannot be restored on another device. Deleting the app deletes it.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes. Use the Aa button in the game, and the game also follows your device's Text Size setting.
