Underwick Privacy Policy
Effective 4 November 2026. This policy covers the Underwick app for iPhone, made by reinforce42 ("we").
Summary
Underwick does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases, and it does not need an internet connection to play: the game is one file inside the app and never connects to the internet.
What stays on your device
- Your saved games, stored by the app on your iPhone.
- Your settings: sound and music volume, haptics, large text, motion, and the position, size and opacity of the touch controls and move pad.
None of this ever leaves your device. Deleting the app removes everything above.
What we receive
Nothing from the app. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated App Store statistics (for example, download counts) and crash reports from users who chose to share them with developers in iOS settings. These are governed by Apple's privacy policy and do not identify you to us.
Children
Underwick collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
